The mvs-31 incorporates a seal and cut system that makes packaging food for cooking in a water bath quick and simple.

The pressure sensor automatically adjust to large and small packages without the need to practice on packages in order to find the sweet spot like other machines.

All the MINIPACK-TORRE vacuum machines are made of Stainless Steel AISI 304 according to CE standards. The volumetric electronic sensor assures a steady control of vacuum and gas packaging. All the machines have a digital, low voltage control panel, 9 storable programs and a special device for the external vacuum. Options and Accessories for the MVS-31:

Voltage:

The standard machine is 115V and ships ready to plug in. 220 volt is an option for an additional $153. If you order this machine in 220 volt you will need to wire the plug for your local connection.

Gas Flush:

The machine can be ordered with gas flush option for an additional +$258. Gas Flush allows you to remove the air in the chamber, then inject a gas like nitrogen back into the package before it is sealed shut. The gas that gets inserted into the bag prevents delicate items like potato chips from being crushed by the bag. On most of the other chamber machines you need to make this decision when the machine is ordered. With the MVS units you can order this at a later date if needed.

Sealer Bar Options:

The standard configuration of the sealer bar is a 4mm sealing strip and a bag cut off wire.

The seal bar can be changed to fit your needs for an additional +$88.

This chamber sealer is very heavy, and contains oil for the vacuum pump. To ensure it arrives safely and ready to use, it must be shipped on a pallet to your location.
