compressed watermelon using a Chamber Sealer

This video shows the technique used to compress watermelon using a chamber sealer. When the process is finished the watermelon is infused with flavor. I made this for a 4th of July potluck and people loved it.

This will not work in the bag with external type vacuum sealers like the foodsaver.
