How to Cook Sous Vide BBQ Ribs
Sous vide Pork babby back ribs cooked at 143F for 48 hours with the sous vide supreme.
Roger's notes. they look good, but the pinch of salt could pull moisture out of the ribs during the 48 hour cook. I'll have to test this for fun because they look good. If he would of read my vacuum sealer guide now aviliable in Amazon kindle format he would of folded the edge of the bag over or used a DIY funnel to keep the sauce off the bag where the seal strip would be on the bag. It looks like they fixed it during a video cut because the bag looks clean otherwise the bag would not of sealed correctly.
It is my bet that the first attempt to seal the bag failed and they dumped the contents into a 2nd. bag and sealed it again.
Asside from that and the amount of ribs the sous vide supreme will hold it is a good video and it makes me want to try rbs in the machine :')
